Settlements - Overview
When they started
Structured Settlements have been in Canada since 1977 and
have been in the United States a few years earlier. Our firm
is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association
(NSSTA) in the United States and has been attending seminars
for several years in order to learn the differences in our
legislative laws governing the procedures and uses of Structured
Settlements.
